Volunteers are the foundation of our agency.  The majority of Auntie Helen’s work force includes over 75 volunteers who do the laundry, coordinate incoming donations, and operate the thrift shop co-located with the laundry facility.

Our volunteers range from high school seniors to seniors in their 80’s.  Volunteers at Auntie Helen’s work in a warm and nurturing environment whether they’re washing, drying and folding laundry, picking up and delivering laundry, picking up and sorting donations for the thrift store, answering phones, or working in the thrift shop as a cashier or stock person.
